1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Animecases Shop has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

2. What's your return policy?

We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if there is an error on our part in processing your order. We do not accept returns for products ordered incorrectly, including choosing the wrong model or design.

3. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong or Damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status.
